Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a van was destroyed during an arson attack in Northwich.
Sometime between 00.30am and 00.55am on Saturday 30 March unknown offenders deliberately set fire to a transit van parked on a driveway at an address on Lime Avenue, Leftwich.
Detective Sergeant Robert Astbury said: “Arson is a serious offence and we are committed to doing all that we can to trace the people responsible for this attack.
“Enquiries are ongoing and I urge anyone who saw what happened or witnessed anything suspicious in the local area to get in touch.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone with any CCTV footage or any drivers with dashcams who were driving on London Road around the time the incident and may have footage that could be relevant to our investigation.”
