The family of a mum-of-two who died in Warrington have paid tribute to her.
Emma Lewis, 44, sadly died at her home in Holly Hedge Lane, Walton, overnight on Thursday 26 July.
In a statement, her parents said: “As a family we have been devastated by the tragic loss of our daughter.
“She was a wonderful mother, daughter and sister.
“Her death has been hard to come to terms with and we respectfully request some privacy at this very sad time.”
Officers from Cheshire Police are continuing to investigate Emma’s death, which is currently being treated as unexplained.
Detective Inspector Kate Tomlinson said: “My heart goes out to Emma's family at this incredibly difficult time and my officers are committed to establishing the exact circumstances of what happened.
