Man charged for Ellesmere Port incident Date published: 23rd September 2016 3.06pm

At around 10.30am, on Tuesday 20 September, police were notified of an incident unfolding at an address of Highfield Road, Ellesmere Port.

Specialist officers attended the scene and subsequently a 38 year-old-man from Helsby was arrested and charged with a number of offences.

The offender was refused bail and appeared at West Cheshire Magistrates yesterday 22 September 2016.

Michael Stuart Pugh, 38, of Lower Robin Hood Lane faces charges of; 

  • Assault by beating 
  • Affray
  • Actual Bodily Harm 
  • Possession of a Class A drug 

He was remanded in custody until the next court date.
