A man has today (Wednesday, September 7) been charged in connection with the death of a man in Ellesmere Port.
Manuel Wagner, aged 28, has been charged with the murder of Christophe Borgye.
Wagner, a German national who now resides in Toxteth, has been remanded into custody and is due to appear before Chester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning (Thursday, September 8).
The charge is in connection with the death of Christophe Borgye at a house on Hylton Court, Ellesmere Port. The 36-year-old French national was reported missing in May 2009. Human remains were removed from the property on Thursday 16 May 2013 and subsequently identified as that of Christophe Borgye.
